Buy these if you need to uncap SSR characters or if you need more for your Revenant Weapon. Supreme Merits drop quite often in higher-end content.
Seal pendant prices reset every iteration, so buying at least one or two of each seal can be cost-effective.You can also trade 1 of each seal for a Golden Beast Seal to host Qilin or Huanglong raids (see below).

Note that raising a weapon to Level 150 requires a tremendous amount of fodder, so it's often more efficient to stop after unlocking weapon's skill upgrade (usually at 101 or 120) if fodder becomes scarce Buy the respective elemental seal(s) for the weapon(s) that you bought if you can afford it.
